Billing & Refund Policy

My work, communities, courses, and coaching relationships are built around intentional participation, ownership, integrity, and long-term change. These offerings are not designed to function as passive content subscriptions, impulse purchases, or transactional quick fixes. They are relational, developmental, and participation-driven environments intended for people who are choosing consciously to invest in their growth, relationships, leadership, and life.

Because of that, I encourage every person to move slowly, explore intentionally, and make clear decisions before committing financially. Before purchasing coaching, joining a community, enrolling in a program, or entering a mentorship relationship, I make every reasonable effort to provide opportunities to explore my work through free content, orientation materials, introductory pathways, applications, and/or conversations where appropriate. Please take advantage of those opportunities before making a commitment.

Intentional Participation

By purchasing, enrolling, subscribing, applying, or participating in any offering provided by Sven Masterson, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• —You are voluntarily choosing to participate.
• —You are responsible for reviewing the details of the offering before enrolling or purchasing.
• —You understand whether the offering includes recurring billing, installment payments, coaching sessions, annual commitments, or automatically renewing memberships.
• —You are responsible for managing your own subscriptions, payment methods, billing dates, renewal decisions, and cancellation requests.
• —Personal inactivity, lack of participation, forgetfulness, change of mind, financial regret, or failure to use the services purchased does not invalidate a legitimate purchase or financial commitment.

Memberships, Recurring Billing & Commitments

Certain offerings may include recurring monthly billing, annual commitments billed monthly, installment plans, coaching retainers, or automatically renewing memberships. When applicable, these terms are disclosed during enrollment or checkout. By enrolling, you authorize Sven Masterson, LLC to charge the payment method provided according to the agreed billing schedule unless canceled in accordance with the stated terms.

For memberships and recurring subscriptions: billing continues until canceled; cancellation stops future billing only; cancellation does not retroactively invalidate prior charges for periods in which access, participation, or services were available.

For annual commitments billed monthly: the agreement represents a commitment to the full stated term, not merely a month-to-month arrangement. Choosing to stop participating does not automatically terminate the underlying financial commitment unless otherwise stated in writing.

Coaching Sessions & Unused Sessions

Coaching, mentorship, and consulting sessions represent reserved professional time, relational investment, and scheduling capacity. Refunds are generally not issued for unused coaching sessions, missed sessions, lack of participation, or discontinued engagement after purchase. However, unused coaching sessions may be used within one (1) year of the original purchase date, and may also be gifted or transferred to another person with written approval from Sven Masterson, LLC.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital, relational, educational, coaching, and community-based nature of these offerings, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, materials have been delivered, community participation has begun, coaching relationships have started, or services have been rendered or reserved. This includes unused membership time, lack of participation, forgotten subscriptions, or change of mind after access has been provided.

Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental overcharges, or extraordinary circumstances. Any exception or courtesy refund provided in one situation does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent for future cases.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing issue or error has occurred, please contact Sven Masterson, LLC directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so the matter can be reviewed in good faith. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for knowingly enrolled services, delivered digital products, accessible memberships, scheduled coaching, or available community participation may result in suspension or termination of access, removal from community spaces, cancellation of active services, denial of future participation, submission of enrollment and participation records to payment processors, and/or collection efforts where appropriate and permitted by law.

Personal Responsibility

The work offered through Sven Masterson, LLC is built around conscious participation, ownership, integrity, and intentional commitment. The goal is not to pressure people into purchases. The goal is to create environments where people choose deliberately, engage honestly, and take responsibility for the commitments they make.
